Legal Question in Family Law in Texas
Can a mother share a bedroom with her two 8 month old twin babies in the state of Texas?

Maybe I'm missing something here. Why in earth WOULDN'T a mother be able to share a room with her babies? It makes things a whole lot easier than having to trudge down the hall in the middle of the night. I'm honestly not able to think why anyone would even think that might be a problem. The only time I've ever heard anything remotely like that questioned is the co-sleeping debate, and that when you have older kIds (maybe 8 or 9, somewhere in there), it does start to be sometimes considered inappropriate for them to share the same room as an opposite-sex parent. Other than that particular situation, I really don't see anyone getting upset about this, and it's certainly not illegal, if that's what you mean.
