Legal Question in Family Law in Texas

If the mother of the unborn child wants me to sign over the rights, would i still have financial obligations towards the child? She clearly stated that she does not want me there in the childs life physically and financially and that she didnt need my help.

If the child is unborn, there are no rights to sign away. Even after the child is born a court is probably going to want to have someone adopt the child before permitting one parent to give up her rights.
