Legal Question in Family Law in Texas

I am a mother of a 4 year old daughter who refuses to wear clothes. Will i get arrested for my daughter going everywhere naked?

I assume that you are not talking about a situation where you TAKE her somewhere naked, as opposed to you taking her somewhere and SHE takes off her clothes.
