Legal Question in Family Law in Texas

Motion to Enforce Child Support

How do I respond to a Motion to Enforce Child Support. I have proof from the Attorney General I am ahead. Also in the Motion it says I need to pay for a huge doctor bill and the AG's office is saying I do not because I pay cash medical support. And anything over that I would be responsible for. So I wait for the hearing or can I file a dismissal and send in the evidence?

You cannot send in the evidence and ask for a dismissal. That is not how things work.

You need an attorney of your own. The OAG does not represent you and may or may not be giving you accurate information. No one at the OAG's office can give you legal advice. Odds are you aren't even talking to an attorney, just a caseworker. Without an attorney to represent you, you are going to end up owing a big judgment. What you spend on an attorney now will probably save to a lot more money in the long run.
