Legal Question in Family Law in Texas
Motion for Genetic testing
I am being sued for custody of my son (6 yrs old)by a man I know is not the biolgical father, but is listed on paternity papers. He currently has temp custody of him.We both testified that he is the acknowledged father, but I KNOW he isnt. Therefore, my attorney filed a motion for genetic testing. What are the chances that it won't get done, and what role with this play into the custody?

Re: Motion for Genetic testing
you said you have an attorney. Why can't he answer this question? I know I can't because you're already represented by counsel. Good Luck.

As Mr. Grissom said, you have an attorney -- ask him or her your questions. If you are looking for new representation you may call my office about an appointment.
