Motion to Intervene, protect interst and relationship with granddaughter

Raised my granddaughter 2+ years saw mother through pregnancy. Me & husband paid all support she was part of the family. Father forced sex on mother. He was never around until I went to file Managing Conservatorship. Then he called CPS, they showed up together at my house and the police. Took her. We are in total shock as to his allegations, they are so false. He's harrassing, death threats, has pornography all over, assaulted family, has criminal record. Still harrassing my mother me and my daughter. Court took away my rights on total lies (have proof). Daughter has attorney. I need one to protect us(we love her so ). It is tied up in court Do I have any rights as there were terrible allegations made on me. Daughter is ordered to get a car, job, apartment, classes on drug, psychiactric tests etc. Father has criminal record, his parent have temporary custody (never around for child) give the chld to him, has pornography, guns, live in girlfriend (court orderd not to) alcohol etc. Have witnesses as 2 other my daughters friends were beat up too. Have no rights my family is in shock. When I see her she does not want to go back. Please Help. I have witnesses. Thank you for listening.

You do have rights. You have the right to proof the truth of your story. There is absolutely no question that you must have an attorney if you want your side of the story presented effectively in Court.
