Legal Question in Family Law in Texas

Motion to Modify

On May 27,2004, my daughter was placed in temporary care of her father. My visitations are on the first, third, and fifth weekends BUT I must be supervised by my grandparents in their home. Is there a way to file a motion to mofify for standard visitation?
