Motion to Modify Rule 11

In Bexar County, Texas, husband filed for divorce and was not informed of his right to file temporary orders to keep wife from re-locating children more than 100 miles. Can husband now file Motion to Modify the Rule 11 and have children returned? The divorce is still pending.

Is there already a Rule 11 in place? Husband needs to be consulting with his attorney regarding filing a request for a Temporary Orders hearing. Although the court will frown on a hearing, when an agreement is already in place; the court will also frown on moving the children out of the court's jurisdiction.
