Legal Question in Family Law in Texas

Motion & Order to waive Appointment of Attorney Ad Litem

I filed all the papers to the Court for a Divorce by Publication. Because the Respondent is unable to be located the Judge said I need the following form: Motion & Order to waive Appointment of Attorney Ad Litem. We have no property and no children. I have been searching for this for three days with no luck. Please help

You can go to a law library and try to figure it out.

If you want to retain my services I charge a deposit of $990. It probably will cost less than that but I don't flat-rate cases since some of the Judges require much more than just this form.

If I don't use all your money, I really do refund the balance in your account at the end of the case.

Good luck!
