Legal Question in Family Law in Texas

motion to withdraw

I have paid my attorney 18k over the last 4 months and am a 2 weeks away from my final hearing. I have received a bill for another 5k which I don't currently have. Can she get herself removed from the case at this point. I have offered to make payments.

Re: motion to withdraw

You can go to the hearing and tell the judge your story. Good Luck.

Re: motion to withdraw

Based on what you have written, you always have the right to go before the judge and explain your story. You might want to review your agreement with the attorney representing you to see what the specific terms are. If my law firm can assist you with this legal issue or any other legal matter, please contact my legal assistant Jennifer ([email protected]).
