Maybe. It depends.

When you are 17 you are no longer a runaway. If you provide a current address for your parents and the police, the police will not accept a "missing persons" case regarding you.

If you have been involved in the juvenile justice or criminal system, then a court may have jurisdiction over your person, and the power to control where you live.

If your parents involved a family court at some time in your life, then that court retains continuing jurisdiction over your person until you are 18, and has power to control where you live.
