Legal Question in Family Law in Texas

If i want to move city but i have a ristriction that i have to live here in dallas but all my family is in eagle pass tx.... am i able to take that ristriction out??

My son is already 7 years old

I bet if you look at that restriction, it doesn't say anything about where YOU can live, but it restricts where you can locate the child.

You can always file a motion for modification and ask the Judge to change your order. Be prepared to give him a good reason to lif the restriction.
