Can I move out my custodial parent's home and into my non custodial parent's home if I'm 18 and still in high school? I live in San Antonio, Texas. Bexar County

The answer would be yes if there were no court order awarding custody.

You can do this if both parents consent or the custody provisions expire when you are 18.
