Legal Question in Family Law in Texas

What do I need to move out of state?

I have found a job in NC but can give them a date because I don't know how long this will take. I'm not married to my 2 boys abusive father but we currently live together. What paper work do I need and how long does it take to file. Also, is there a way of doing this without letting him know about it until the day I'm going to move. I will have help then and he can't hurt me.

If you were my client in this situation, I would advise you to move, and immediately file the SAPCR in North Carolina -- contact attys in NC on this list, and try to have it ready to go upon arrival.
