Can I move out at 17 if I get verbally and physically abuses at home by my mom an 22 yr old brother? I've talked to 5 diff cops and the school principal and counselor which I got 2 diff anwsers

At the age of 17, you can petition the court for emancipation, which would allow you to move out IF the court agrees with you. If you are able to support yourself and have good grades, the court will probably let you out. If not, you need to call CPS and have them take you out.

If you move out prior to being emancipated, the police can treat you as a runaway.
