Legal Question in Family Law in Texas

I have a consint letter from my x we are in the middle of a divorce in missouri but I now live in TX with our son who is 18 months old. I do not receive child support from my x. He is throwing a fit for me to bring him to MO. He does have anger issurs and I dont think that he would do well with our son alone. He never watches him and always leaves him with a sitter. Where when I have my son he is with me all day every day. Is there any thing that I can do? Please help

I'm sorry but I'm not really sure exactly what you are asking for help with. What you really need is a family law attorney in Missouri since that is where the divorce is taking place.
