Legal Question in Family Law in Texas

I moved out of my home state for about a month to move to another state to be with my husband who is in USAF. He filed for a divorce in my home state in a county that I use to live in. My understanding of the residency law is that my residency started over when I moved back and that either of us would have to waite until I've been back in Texas for six months and a resident of the county for 90 days. How was he able to do that?

I think I need more information in order to answer this one. However: there are special venue rules in Texas for members of the military.

Generally, though, one can file for a divorce in a venue where HE has established residence, or in a venue where THE OTHER SPOUSE has established residence - filer's choice.

I'm afraid I'd need to know a full residency history of both of you (and I'd need to know where and when the divorce was filed) to answer any more specifically.
