My ex moved away from Texas and sends only $100.00 every 4 months. His arrers are getting large. What amount of back child support becomes a felony in Kansas?

I don't know what the cut off is. You should post this with a KS zip code to attract a KS lawyer to it for an answer. I do know that in KS, unlike TX, failure to pay child support is a class D felony punishible by 2 to 10 years in prison. It's the same class as DUI and sexual exploitation of a child.
