Legal Question in Family Law in Texas

i am moving back to texas soon, and i will be divorcing my wife whom i recently caught in the act of cheating on me. texas law states that at least one of members have to have been a resident of texas for 6 months. I am currently living in NC and i am military and my state of residents is texas, has been for 10 years. My question is, even though i havent lived in texas, am i still going to have to wait the 6 months to divorce her, or since i claim it as mt state of residence and my home of record, can i divorce her as soon as i move back. She also moving back by the way, if that helps
