Can I keep her from moving?
I have a daughter with my ex-wife. My current wife is pregnant and my ex-wife says because of this, she is going to take my daughter and move away. My question is can I keep her from moving?

Breaking the bonds between a parent and child by removing the child from easy access to a parent simply because the parent is having another child is probably not in the best interest of the child. Lood to the decree to see how that decree allocates the rights with respect to establishing residence of the child and the dropoff and pickup of the child, then look to where the parent intends to move and why. Consider how long it has been since the decree was entered. You can file a suit to modify terms of the decree based on changed circumstances and the best interests of the child.
