Moving

I'm divorced can my ex make me stay where my daughter was born or can I move a half an hour away and not change any custody arrangments? I don't want to live near him because he's not nice to me.

Read your divorce decree. Most decrees state that you cannot move the child beyond a county contiguous to the county that issued the decree.
