is moving out with your girlfriend when your 17 legal ?

my boyfriend is 17 turning 18 in jan. his parents are divorced and his mom is physco. he wants to live with me and my family. my parents are totally ok with it and he has a job. can he live with me legally ?

The problem is - he has no parents to make decisions for him that he cannot make for his self. He is a minor. I presume that you are aware of the intimacy issues if that is a factor.
