we divorced in LA but in our child

custody paper it states the the

childrens state of residency will be

changed to Tx. How long do I have

to wait to refile on child support and

visitation in TX. What is the waiting

period. He agreed in the papers for

them to be residences of TX and

Harris county

To file a lawsuit in Texas you must live in Texas for 6 months and live in the same county for 90 days.
