Legal Question in Family Law in Texas

Moving kids out of state..help

I am in the Navy and live in Texas. On May 20 i agreed to let my ex wife move our kids to CT during my upcomming deployment overseas and had a judge sign it. Imediantly she told me she would not bring them back & would get permission from CT to stay there. A week later i found out that i probably would not be deployed & informed her. She has continued to tell me that she has no plans on moving as of yet. Last week i got the formal orders stating i will not be deployed. After telling my ex she agreed that we would go back to Shared Custody starting in August (i have my kids for the month right now). I found out yesterday that she has moved to CT while i have had the kids here with me. She has not given me notice of her moving & hasnt even told the kids who were excited that i wasnt leaving & that we were going back to shared custody. She is trying to pull a fast one on me & im not sure what steps i need to take. Please help, i dont want to lose my kids. I know there was a court allowing her to move but she tricked me into not having a change made & signed so she could still move my kids away.
