moving out at 17

i am 17 i live in erath county texas. i want to move out of my parents house, and move into my boyfriends house who is also 17. can we live alone together if my parents do not give their consent?

Until you are 18 you are minor and cannot up and move out. To do so you would have to sue for emancipation or get married. Even so, your boyfriend has the same problem as you.

So the cheapest option is for you to wait until you are 18.
