Legal Question in Family Law in Texas

How can I get a moving restriction removed since the father has not kept up with his visitation or child support? Their dad put a 100 mile moving restriction on me so I can't move any further than 100 miles from him. I have no family or resources where I live to provide a better life for me or my kids.

You file a motion to modify the order that contains the restriction. When you get before the Judge, you'll need to give him a reason that the change is in the best interest of the child.
