Moving my stepson in with us
What information and documentation must we have or should we have when my stepson moves in with us. I want to be as prepared as possible.

A birth certificate would be nice. I'm not sure I understand what it is you need to be prepared for.

I agree with Mr. Luedeman, your question is not clear. HOWEVER, if you are in IA, and a stepson is moving in from Texas, you want a court order granting conservatorship from the Texas court, that you can register and enforce in IA.
