Legal Question in Family Law in Texas

Mu husband is ordered to pay the mother of his id child support but she is here illegally. In the laws eyes is he still accountable to pay her?

Absolutely. That support is to benefit his child, and the immigration status of the child's mother has no effect on the child's need for housing, medical care, food, clothes, toys, education etc. The law requires that when a parent produces a child, that that parent take care of the child.
