can lawyers use someones myspace profile to slander their image or lifestyle in a child custody case?

I'm not sure what you think is slander from myspace re: lifestyle. A lawyer's job is to present facts in a light most favorable to his client. Most legal authorities allow an attorney great latitude in presenting facts to the judge or jury.
