Can Myspace be used against an unfit mother in a child custody case?

My husband's one-night stand (from before we met) came out of the woodworks and told him he has a 2 year old son. He is in a bad environment and we want full custody. She has a Myspace page that shows what kind of mother she is, can it be used against her?

It is one factor out of many factors. The court looks to all aspects of a child's life, and determines from that wealth of information what is best for the child. Your husband needs a lawyer.
