Legal Question in Family Law in Texas

hi:

i already file for divorce, here in the state of texas , we agred on everithing and there was no children involved . we get the final papers aug. the 13 from the judge . my husband will be keeping the house we currently have on both of our names but in order to get my name removed from the loan i have to wait to have the papers and refinance in his name(he already agredd to do this) . my husband is already buying another property and im afraid , when is time for him to refinance the house (he agreed) he wont be able to because he purchase another property (only his name ), if he is not able to get the loan to refinance the house we have together at this time and take my name of the loan , is there any legal actions i can take , in take in case of this happening.in the divorce papers he agreed to keep the house . i need some help or some information please

If the court order requires him to refinance the house by a certain date, with enforceable provisions, then you can file a motion for enforcement and contempt if he fails to do so.
