If you don't already have a protective order protecting your grandmother from your mother, get one today. Since this is an ongoing problem, the District Attorney can help you. You state that your grandmother has been here for 30 years, but do not mention her immigration status. Hire an immigration attorney for her -- based on her age and length of residency, she may qualify for cancellation if her original entry was legal.
