1. what is needed in order to transfer a case from the state court to a federal, and what reasons do you need for this when the case is at the stage of a request for reconsideration by an appeals court. What cases support this.

What are the stages of a trial?

Does a person have to label an exhibit if the other party refers to it as an exhibit, and is evidence considered an exhibit if it is not tagged? How do I get the evidence reviewed by a higher court?
