i needed to know what can i do to get son back from father he drinks and takes child to work with him when working at the state school not a proper place to take child i work and go to school living with parents he does not have stable home going from place to place i have a stable place to live

File a motion to modify and give the court clear and convincing evidence that there has been a material change in circumstances involving the child and that it is now in the child's best interest to live with you.
