Legal Question in Family Law in Texas

I am needing a divorce. I live in the state of texas and have an unofficial marriage. I done this in order to enlist in the military without giving up my children. We never lived together longer than 2 months and have been apart for almost 2 years. I am a single mother and fall into a low income bracket. I am finacially barely making it and can not afford attorney fees. How do I go about this?

I'd be glad to meet with you and discuss your options. I charge $2 per minute to meet and talk. I offer DO IT YOURSELD DIVORCE KITS if I think they will work for you. We fill out the paperwork together and I explain how you do the divorce process yourself in Harris County. You pay the Harris County District Clerk filing fee direct.
