Negligence and Endagerment

Do we have a case for a lawsuit if a a child was remove from a church classroom(church of 25,000 members) to another location by security without following the protocol of informing the parents? The child was lost for around 20 minutes and supervisors/volunteers didn't know were the child was? The child is 6 years old with speech delay(consider child with special needs)

How nice, you want to sue your church. As to whether you have a case, anyone with the filing fee can file a lawsuit.
