a newly wed rights

I married on Feb 17,2009 and gave my husband 5000 to open a barber shop. He filed for divorce in April,09 and left last week. Can I get the barbershop and get spousal support from the divorce

If the barber shop was purchased during the marriage, then it is a marital asset, divisible upon divorce. You probably would not qualify for post divorce alimony, but the Court could order temporary spousal support during the pendency of the divorce, if appropriate.
