Legal Question in Family Law in Texas

Non Binding Temporary Custody

Gave temporary custody in the form of a notarized letter. Sent letter of revocation but parent refuses to release. Parental alienation, child doesn't even want to talk to me now and left on excellent terms. What can be done? Refuses any and all contact including phone.

Re: Non Binding Temporary Custody

You cannot effect custody of a child with a notarized letter. I guess you know that now. You're going to have to go to court to try to reverse your error. This is going to cost considerable money. Good Luck.
