Non contested divorce from prison inmate

My husband is in prison and has been since our marriage. We have no common property. I have a child born 5/5/08 from a man other than my husband. I would like to file for a divorce but don't know all of my husband's information (driver's license number, etc.) He has agreed to sign divorce papers it it's what I want. Can I file for divorce without his personal information?

This is going to be much more complicated than you imagine because you have had a child born during your marriage and your husband is not the father. No Texas Court will grant a divorce without establishing paternity to the biological father.
