Non custodial to custodial parent
If my kids mother has a temper and has been arrested, but not charged with stabbing a guy doing a domestic fight. How can I go about becoming the primary custodial parent. Her mom has a couple of other situations where her angry has played a factor.

You need to file a document in the county of continuing jurisdiction and ask for custody.

I agree with Ms. Brochstein. You will need to establish the mother's temper and the danger to the children. The court will normally order a social study to make a recommendation to the court. Your pleadings will include a request for primary conservatorship, and that her visitation be supervised.
