Legal Question in Family Law in Texas

Non suit in Child Custody Case

We are in temporary orders currently for curody of my son. We have filed for sole custody. The NCP originally filed for standard visitaion although I received a letter from my attorney stating that the NCP has now filed a notice of nonsuit. The orginal counterpetetion on file they wish to dismiss. What does this mean? Should we press n for final custody orders or sit in temporary orders for however long?
