Non-cuctodial parent will not reveal haome address
My ex has just started paying child support again. He is about 5 years behind. He came and picked the kids up this weekend. He has refused to tell us where he is because he states his recent wife does not want to let her ex know where she lives( because he was abusive).I have never denied him visitation.He is telling the kids he is living in the Houston area, But the child support papers I received (The ones they send to his employer and a copy to me)is stating that he is employed in Burkburnett.
Did I have to let them go with him since I do not know where he is living? And How do I handle this problem?

You need to read your last court document.
It's probably your final decree of divorce.
It probably states (since I have not seen it I'm only guessing) that both of you must notify the other where you live and also notify the court.
If it states that, then he is in contempt of court.
His wife's issues are not your issues.
I'd ask to see his driver's license and car insurance the next time he comes to visit.
You can also call the legal authorities and ask them to ask him his current home address and provide proof of it -- something like a current driver's license, checking account deposit slip, car registration, car insurance or recent utility bill.
You did not state your children's ages. As a mother, I would have a problem releasing my kids to go somewhere where I don't know where they are.
You can always file contempt on him and let him explain it to the Juge.
If your decree does not state the above mentioned paragraph, I'd modify it to ask the court to order that both of you exchange addresses and phone numbers.
