Legal Question in Family Law in Texas
I am a non-custodial parent of three beautiful girls in Texas. I was hit with child-support (which is behind because I can not get a job) just before my ex hit me with a divorce. We are now divorced but I do not have a copy of the divorce decree that I was told I would be sent by my ex's lawyer. I knew the divorce was comming because we had been separated for several years and were non-reconcilable. My issue is that I am with someone new and my ex WILL NOT let me see the girls unless I go to my parent's house. I have not seen them in several months/years because we do not see eye to eye with the guy Im with now. How can I enforce my rights to see my girls?

You need a copy of your current legal document. You can go to the court house and order a certified copy. It usually is $1 per page.
Don't expect anyone to send you a copy!
Then you need to talk to an experienced family law attorney.
With the legal paperwork in hand, an attorney can tell you want you need to do. Without reading the paperwork no attorney can help you.
Good luck!
