Legal Question in Family Law in Texas

A noncustodial parent gave a video of my daughter to a lawyer in a sporting event. The video was taken by a neighbor without my knowledge. The NCP's attorney took it upon himself to send it to a college without my permission ( CP). He stated, "I thought I would send it to an expert." She's only 14. I think this attorney had no right to take this upon himself. The NCP doesn't speak to the daughter nor attend any of her events. I would like to write a letter to the lawyer telling him he was in the wrong. I have a copy of the letter that the attorney sent with the video. I don't believe he can do this on his own as he stated. I don't care if he comes back and says he had the ncp's permission. The letter doesn't say so and I believe I would need to give my permission as the CP.
