non-custodial parent
the non-custodial parent is self-employed and don't file or report taxes. so how you i prove how much he makes or when he started working? because in court he stated that he was unemployed. so I only get support based on minimal wages for 2 kids.

It is difficult to prove self employment income without some proof that he working. Does he buy materials in his work? Does he do the work for somebody most of the time? What kind of work does he do? Will somebody testify what he does? Sometimes under the table employers can be persuaded under oath to tell the truth. Good Luck.
