Legal Question in Family Law in Texas

I am the non-custodial parent of a 18 year old who is still enrolled in high school. he actually will not graduate until he is 22 due to a learning disability. I received a copy of a new witholding order from the Attorney General office of Texas for the amount of $0.00. Does this mean that I am through paying child support? I am afraid that if I do not continue to pay that at a later date if the case is picked back up that I will be charged with retroactive child support. What should I do?

Call the AG's office (make sure you have your OAG case # handy), and ask them. You may be right. It may be a mistake on their part or in the original order for child support. Either way, you could get hit up for retroactive support. Just call them to make certain.
