non-payment of garnished child support

my employer garnishes my earnings for child support. they have not sent the garnished support payments to the attorney general's office since January. What rights do I have?

Make an appointment with the AG, and take your payroll stubs to the AG, showing the money is being withheld. The employer is violating the order, and the AG has the power to file a contempt action against them.
