Legal Question in Family Law in Texas
notarized agreement
My ex-husband and i have a
notorized agreement outside of our
divorce papers about child support.
he is supposed to give me 150 dollars
for child support every month as long
as i give him a itemized list for what
it's going to. I was supposed to
receive this by the 7th of april but
never did and have not been able to
get ahold of him for anything. what
do i do to get this taken care of?

Re: notarized agreement
A notarized agreement is NOT legally binding.
The last court order is the binding document and controls until the child turns 18/graduates from high school or is modified by the court.
If you guys want to do something else, then you need to do a MODIFICATION.
If it's all agreed, I charge just to do the paperwork for you. Then you do the legwork.
