Legal Question in Family Law in Texas

How much notice do you have to give your ex-spouse that you are moving to another state (due to job change)? She has sole custody of the children, but they visit every other weekend. Thanks!

Normally, you are required to notify her no later than 60 days before the move or as soon as you know about it if it is less than 60 days. Read your decree. It should have the specifics. You have to notify the Court and the State, too.
