Legal Question in Family Law in Texas

Notwithstanding the weekend and Wednesday periods

Notwithstanding the weekend and Wednesday periods of possession Ordered and Decreed for the Possessory Conservator, it is explicitly Ordered that the sole Managing Conservator shall have a superior right of possession to the child as follows: Can you interpret this for me? Christmas break is coming with the one week with mom, one week with dad standard. Does this mean when my daughter gets out of school on Dec. 17 for Christmas break, her father gets to have her that weekend? Even though the orders say I have her begining on Friday, Dec. 17! We have a standard order where he has our child every 1st, 3rd, and 5th Friday. The 17th of Dec. is the 3rd Friday. Can you help. Thanks
